because they don’t always appear in the free from aisle!

    Which Sainsbury’s soups are gluten free?

    Sainsbury’s used to have a much larger selection of gluten free tinned soups but recently that number has come down to just 6, from 17!

    The gluten free soups available at Waitrose have increased since 2022, and there’s now 11 different types which I checked and are gluten free for 2023!

    Did you know that Tesco currently has the largest selection of accidentally gluten free soups?
    In 2022 it was Sainsbury’s but in 2023 Tesco are ahead with 12 tinned soups.

    Unfortunately most cup of soups are not gluten free, as they often contain wheat. However, the following list shows which cup of soups are gluten free:
